Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration fee, less a $50 administration fee, is refundable if ASMBS is notified in writing on or before June 4, 2010. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows and/or changes in registration.
Please use the links below to register for the meeting. Please click the link which best fits your status.
You may use the below links to download the daily schedules in .csv format which will allow import into your Outlook Calendar. To download, click on the "Download" link by each day that you want to attend. The download will have ALL activities for that day. Once the file downloads and opens up, you my delete any row that does not pertain to your activities. DO NOT DELETE ANY COLUMNS. Be sure to download and follow the detailed instructions for importing information into your Outlook Calendar. You will have to repeat the import process for each day.
